Responsibilities for this position include:
- Lead Daily Operations: Take charge of day-to-day operations within the digital fundraising team.
- Enhance Departmental Processes: Innovate and refine departmental processes to boost productivity and streamline operations.
- Strategic Oversight: Spearhead strategy and execution for medium to large-scale client projects.
- Promote Innovation: Champion new testing ideas and creative approaches to optimize fundraising outcomes.
- Team Development: Supervise the training and growth paths of associate and strategist-level team members.
- Direct Management: Provide direct management to junior members of the email team.
- Regular Feedback: Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with junior team members to provide guidance and support.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze key metrics and deliver insightful reports to clients, highlighting performance trends, best practices, and test results.
- Interim Leadership: Step in for the VP of the digital fundraising team during their absence from the office.

The salary range for this position with potential profit-based compensation included is $95,000 to $115,000 commensurate with experience.
