Zandria Haines is a Senior Vice President at SBD, working closely with campaigns and progressive organizations to manage and foster overall political strategy. During the 2020 cycle, she supported clients in building Black political power by mobilizing historic Black voter turnout, helping to secure Democratic majorities in the House and Senate, as well as taking back the White House. Prior to joining SBD, she managed the rollout of the first-ever P2P texting program for the Democratic National Committee, which was implemented by 45 state parties, national committees, and 1,300+ campaigns. She is an AAPC Board member, a digital trainer for Emerge, the Campaign School at Yale University, and the Congressional Black Caucus Institute (CBCI), an expert contributor for Gender on the Ballot, an AAPC 40 u 40 awardee, and in 2021 was recognized as a top female consultant to watch ahead of the 2022 and 2024 elections by Business Insider.
